Staying on Offense
Even though it’s only been a week since I wrote the last post, it feels like I haven’t written on here in a month. I suppose that’ll happen after switching the approach up after writing daily for so long.
Anyway, I just wanted to quickly share one of the projects I’ve been working on recently. This was one of, better yet, this was the design from last year that inspired me to take these designs into Illustrator and make something out of them.
Despite the caption above, I found out that I did this sometime in May last year. And therein lies the point that needs to be driven. This has been the main design I’ve wanted to see evolve from more than just a notecard drawing.
Today was one of those days where ideas were beginning to come to life because I (finally) decided to act on them. Today was a reminder that being on offense, staying in motion, simply doing, is the only way these ideas are going to come to life.
They aren’t going to draw/design themselves.
